Ring Around The Rosy
This design combines Hardanger with canvas stitches, worked on fabric. The
instructions and stitch diagrams are extensive and will guide Hardanger stitchers
new to canvas stitches step by step. The central motif features sprat’s head
hearts combined to make a flower shape, with the rest of the design ringing around
the “rosy” in the center. The design can be cut away from the surrounding fabric
to make a doily, or is suitable for framing (as shown) or a pillow top. The colors
can also be changed, if pink isn’t your favorite color!
