Holiday Highlights – Hanukkah
"Festival Nights, Miracle of Lights" are expressed on this dreidel shaped sampler. A menorah made with medium bugle beads, Rhodes stitch "gelt", stars of David and other star stitches are worked with Crescent Colours Granny Annie, Cool Azul, Golden Star, and Kreinik #4 Braid Japan thread. A dreidel charm finishes the sampler, shown on 28 ct. Summer Sky hand-dyed Jobelan (can be worked on 14 ct. as well).
Finished size is 5 ½" x 5 ½", 78 x 79 stitches.
