Firm Foundation Wedding Sampler
“…like one building a house, who dug deep, and laid the foundation
on The Rock; when storms came against that house it stood firm,
because it had been well built.” I designed this piece as my prayer
for my daughter’s wedding last year, that she and her husband would
“build their house on The Rock”. The design is worked on 28 ct.
Spun Silver linen, with 4 different Caron Collection Waterlilies.
This piece is not available as a kit, so you can make your own color
choices to reflect the wedding colors of your happy couple. The
design is all cross stitch, with words over-one and backstitch vines.
Complete personalization instructions included to make it easy for
you to stitch for your special couple. The alphabet and number charts
are on the same size grid as the stitching chart; just copy the charts
as many times as needed to get the letters and numbers you need,
then cut them out and tape them in place on the chart for easy stitching.
A one page chart is included for reference, but the stitching graph
is already enlarged for you.
